JAK began in 2004 as a single Shanghai workshop with one obsession: bring the craftsmanship of bespoke furniture to the speed and scale of commercial fit-out. Two decades later we are a 100-person team operating from ten global hubs, with our own 5,500 sqm factory in Haimen producing wood and metal joinery to flagship-grade tolerance.
Today JAK is part of JAK Group (formerly Xunjia Construction), which also includes JAK Design and Builder (Shanghai), JAK Design and Consulting (Shanghai), JAK Display and Craft (Nantong) and JAK Design and Construction (Hong Kong). Together the group provides general contracting, MEP, millwork manufacture, exhibition build and international export under a single delivery standard.

Hong Kong–based, with deep luxury industry experience. Formerly served Gucci APAC and Ralph Lauren APAC. Leads brand relationships across Greater China and South-East Asia.
30+ years of construction site leadership. Previously sub-contractor to first-tier brands incl. IT, EA & Prada. Owns site execution, technical standards and supplier quality.
15 years in design management, 20 years in project management. Ex-Senior PM, Gucci Greater China Region. Leads programme, cost control and overseas delivery.
